The breakfast buffet was acceptable. It offered a wide selection of items.
The gym was quite a hassle to access. It is located in a separate building. It lacked basic amenities. There were no towels or water provided, annoying. The gym hours were also inconvenient. It was not open 24/7.

The staff was very friendly and courteous , always ready to assist. The views from the rooms were wonderful , especially overlooking the fountain. I found the accommodations very clean and spacious. I appreciated the convenient location , very near to shopping and dining options.
The pool area was quite warm , it didn't provide much refreshment. I noted limited cooking pots in the kitchen , this made meal preparation difficult. There was also no tea towel or washing up liquid provided , an oversight.

The self catering utensils in the kitchen were shocking, providing only two plates, two cups, and two spoons for a kitchen that suggested greater potential. There was no cooking oil, salt, or pepper available. I found this a significant letdown as i booked with the intention of saving money by cooking.

repetitive breakfasttaxi availability
the hotel's location was fairly central. however, i found the breakfast options repetitive. there was not enough variety each morning. also, i had some trouble finding taxis outside the hotel. it sometimes took a while to get one.

excellent stay with amazing service

the location was very close to the dubai mall. it was about a 15-minute walk and the surroundings were scenic. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. they were knowledgeable, polite, and pleasant to talk to. they treated us like valued guests, we had dinner despite our late arrival.
the pillows were too soft and lacked support. they sunk to the mattress.
